What it is
A beginner calisthenics program, built in Figma Make rather than written by hand.
The actual question
Whether AI-assisted building has to cost you design quality. The approach was to give it a real design system to work inside, rather than prompting for screens and accepting whatever came back. Constrain the generation with tokens and components and the output stays yours.
It answered its question and stopped there. Written up in the note.
